Every registered society in Malaysia must lodge its
Annual Returns with the Registry of Societies
within 60 days from the date of the Annual General
Meeting or, if an Annual General Meeting has not
been held, within 60 days from 1st March of
any given calendar year.
Generally, the Annual Returns comprise a financial
report, updated details of the executive committee and other information
pertaining to the activities of the registered society for the year.
